Location: Morondava, Madagascar

This destination has not yet obtained the International AstroTourism Certification, therefore no further information is available.
From the reports we received from amateur astronomers and photographers would indicate this destination as one of the best places for stargazing in the world and more than other places in Africa and Madagascar, due to low light pollution. Here you should be able to observe the stars and practice astrophotography.
Ivan Pedretti, International Wildlife Photographer sent us an extraordinary picture of the Milky Way on this astrotourism destination.
